Store Terms & Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods & Virtual Items All purchases made on this webstore are transactions for virtual digital items, ranks, and perks usable exclusively on the server. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a revocable, non-transferable license to access these digital goods. Nothing purchased has any real-world cash value. 2. Strict No-Refund Policy Due to the instant delivery nature of digital goods and virtual services, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable. Once a rank, package, or package command has been executed and applied to your account in-game, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. 3. Server Rules & Bans Purchasing a rank or package does not exempt you from the server rules. If you violate the rules and receive a temporary or permanent ban from the server, no refunds will be issued, and you will forfeit access to any purchased perks or ranks. 4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes Opening an unauthorized chargeback, payment dispute, or PayPal claim will result in: Immediate and automatic removal of the purchased ranks and perks from your account. Permanent, unappealable blacklisting (ban) from our server network and webstore. 5. Liability & Changes We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or balance server ranks, perks, commands, and features at any time to maintain a fair-play and balanced gameplay experience.
